Convert PDF to Excel:
Step1: Run the PDF to Excel Converter.
Choose "PDF Converter Assistant" in "ScanSoft PDF Converter" from Start Menu. The interface will show you like following:

Step2: Choose "spreadsheet" in the "Convert as" item.
Then the target area will show "MS Excel (*.xls)".
Step3: Choose Source and target path.
Click the button on the right of "PDF file to" to choose a PDF file for source file. The appear will show you at preview area like following.

Then the related Excel file name will show you in the target box. Click the button on the right of "Save as" to choose a output Excel file path.
Step4: Settings.
Click "Spreadsheet Options" label to set. You can set your scheme about image only pages. You have following choices:
Recognize page content Skip image in your PDF file Add to document as image Stop if the image only file more than a number that you defined.

You also can choose the output file color for "Same as original", "GrayScale" or "Black and white".
Step5: Start.
Click "Convert" button to run the process of PDF to Excel converting.
